A RELIEF DAT file is the electronic format for the Summary List of Sales and Purchases (SLSP) under BIR's Reconciliation of Listings for Enforcement (RELIEF) program. VAT-registered taxpayers use it to report quarterly sales, purchases, and importations for cross-matching against their suppliers' and customers' own filings.

Who must file RELIEF SLSP?

VAT-registered taxpayers whose quarterly sales exceed P2,500,000 or whose quarterly purchases exceed P1,000,000 must file RELIEF SLSP. Even a quarter with no qualifying transactions requires a nil submission once the requirement applies.
