How to View and Manage Saved BIR Form 2307 Certificates

The Form 2307 Report lists every BIR Form 2307 certificate saved for the active company, whether it came from the single generator or a bulk batch, and lets you download, email, or delete each one. This guide covers what the report shows and how to act on a saved certificate.

This guide is part of the App Guide series and follows the BIR Certificates overview. Certificates appear here automatically once created — see the single generator guide or the bulk generator guide if you haven’t generated one yet.

What does the report show? #

Every row in the report represents one saved certificate, with the period, payee name and TIN/branch, ATC, income and tax amounts, save status, whether it’s been emailed, and per-row actions. Certificates save automatically the moment they’re generated — there’s no separate “save” step in either generator.

Columns at a glance #

PeriodThe month/year or quarter/year the certificate covers
PayeePayee name, TIN, and branch code
ATCThe Alphanumeric Tax Code applied
Income / TaxThe income payment and computed tax withheld

SavedTimestamp of the last save
EmailedWhether — and when — the certificate was emailed to the payee

How does downloading or emailing work from the report? #

Because only the certificate’s underlying data is stored, the PDF itself is regenerated on demand each time you download or email from the report — so it always reflects the current print/PDF layout rather than a stale cached file. Both actions require a signed-in account; a guest session can view the list but is prompted to sign in before downloading.

  • Download — click the download icon on a row to regenerate and save that certificate’s PDF to your device.
  • Email — click the mail icon to resend the certificate to the payee’s email on file; this is subject to the same per-user rate limit and cooldown as emailing from the single generator.
  • Delete — click the trash icon, then confirm in the dialog that appears; this is permanent and does not undo.

Frequently asked questions #

Does the Form 2307 Report show certificates from every company? #

No. It shows only certificates saved for the active company. Switch companies from the sidebar to see a different company’s saved certificates.

Is the PDF stored, or rebuilt each time? #

The underlying certificate data is stored; the PDF itself is regenerated on demand from that saved data whenever you download or email, so it always reflects the current PDF layout.

Can I search or filter the saved certificates? #

Yes. A search box above the table filters the list, useful once you have more than a handful of certificates saved for a company.

What does the Emailed column tell me? #

It shows whether a certificate has been sent to the payee’s email address and, once sent, the timestamp — a quick way to confirm a payee has already received their copy before sending it again.
